Calling Performers & Vendors for
Out to Lunch and Downtown ToNight!
Vendor and performer applications for the 2010 season of
Out to Lunch and Downtown ToNight are available! The deadline for performing and vending applications is March 22, 2010. Applications will be reviewed by the volunteer committees with intent to announce the 2010 schedule for each series in mid-April.This year marks 25
th anniversary of Out to Lunch. The 13-week summer series takes place every Wednesday in June, July and August in Caras Park, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. This event features live music and food provided by 25 local restaurants and food vendors. Out to Lunch averages nearly 2,000 attendees each week and is the longeststanding free festival in Montana.Downtown ToNight, celebrating its 10
th anniversary, runs a 13-week series this year every Thursday evening in June, July and August from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. In addition to local food vendors and live music in Caras Park, Downtown ToNight also hosts a beverage garden featuring locally- brewed beer. The highly successful children’s activities at Downtown ToNight will be offered again in 2010, providing entertainment for the whole family during this popular community event.In addition, sponsorship opportunities are still available for both events. Spotlight Sponsors have the opportunity to display at Out to Lunch or Downtown ToNight on a specified date and display a banner from the Higgins Avenue bridge, in addition to a number of other promotional opportunities.
